Navin Giri says that Mrs.Subhadra Krishna Rau Parigi is the best grandmother in the whole world who unfortunately passed away a few years ago. Navin Giri in Jest says that he learned the habit of making friends and talking long hours on the phone from his grandmother “Mrs.Subhadra Krishna Rau Parigi” (whom he calls as “Nama”).
On being asked about hardships – Navin recalls various instances of discrimination and hardships which he had to face in life, family and on his personal and professional front yet that did not deter him from achieving great laurels. On asking Navin Giri to give out some names of people and instances, he refused and said, “that it’s between those people who did what they did and their God” and Navin Giri says, “he has no ill feelings about either those people or those circumstances”. Navin Giri said, “I have to move on with God’s blessings and have to win the hearts of people and to keep contributing to community service initiatives”. Navin is a fan of Ekla Cholo Re, which is a Bengali patriotic song written by Rabindranath Tagore.

Navin Krishna Giri emphasizes that governments, NGO’s and citizens urgently require to address issues related to a clean environment and world peace. Navin is a true follower of Bhagwan Ganesha and Goddess Amba Bhawani and is an avid reader of the Bhagavad Gita.

Lastly, When I completed my article about the real life-experiences of Navin Krishna Giri, his life script seemed to have resemblance to a perfect script of a Super Hit Action Hindi Movie with hero’s, heroines, supporting actors, comedians and most of all with many Villains trying to pull Navin Giri down but could not. It would be interesting to read his memoirs whenever he decides to publish.
