Agarwal gets World Peace Messenger award

New Delhi (India), March 01: Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal, Director, International Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Kolkata gets the prestigious World Peace Messenger Award at the 22nd international Conference on Astrology, Spirituality, and Vastu organized by World Astrologers Society at Hotel Hindustan International, Kolkata on Monday, 22 February 2023.

Dr. Agarwal has been recognized with this award for his contribution to promoting Peace and Harmony through his innovative program in Health, Healing and Happiness by conducting Ananda Dhara and SMART projects.

Pandit Shubhes Sharman, President, Sarva, Brahman, Mahasabha was the keynote speaker. More than 200 delegates from all over the country, and from Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal and Bangladesh participated in the conference. Dr. Monjural Ahasn, Dr. Dilip Kumar Das Choudhury, Pandit A. R. Aacharya all from Bangladesh, Dr. Prakash Luchun and Mrs. Poorun Satyadhama from Mauritius, Ms. Neeta Dhungana, actress and Vishal Khatiwada from Nepal, Dr. Baydinsaya Tinoo from Myanmar where the delegates from abroad. Dr. Swami Adwaitananda, Dr. Ajit Mohan, Gurmit Singh, Mallika Mukherjee, Aacharya Avadesh Varma, Pandit Amit Sharma, Beni Maharaj, Gayatri Devi, Laxman Maharaj, Mukesh Kumar, Malay Pathak, Dr. P. R. Halder, Dr. Divakaran etc. were also recipients of awards for their contribution in astrology.

Discussions were made regarding the role of astrology and its allied science in the promotion of humanitarian services. Dr. Agarwal conducted a session on World Peace Meditation to pay condolence for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey, and also for Peace and Harmony in various parts of the world, including Ukraine, Russia, West Africa, and Myanmar.
